The photobook “À la carte” was created during a printing show at the Fondation Cartier in Paris in 2016. Answering popular demand, the Daido Moriyama Photo Foundation later released an artist proof edition of the book, limited to 250 copies and signed by Daido Moriyama. While the photobook is available with two different covers, each single copy is unique in its selection of classic Daido Moriyama photographs.
