FOUR / Matter Print House Session 2019 - Daisuke Yokota

The four books from the Matter series, limited to 500 copies, distributed free of charge by Daisuke Yokota at the 2019 Photobook JP event. A printing experiment exploring printing on papers with various textures.

Using the work of Daisuke Yokota's work "Matter" as a motif, four leading Japanese book designers, Katsuya Kato, Kei Machiguchi, Yoshihisa Tanaka and Satoru Machiguchi, and four printing companies with a reputation for producing photobooks, Yamada The photo engraving, Fujiwara Printing, San M Color, and Live Art Books teamed up to design and bound each book with a free interpretation.
